Final Reminder- Xtreme 4x4 this weekend

This is just a friendly reminder to watch Xtreme 4x4 on the Spike Network this weekend (1:00 Eastern, both Saturday and Sunday. Yes the show will feature Banks products, but there will be a lot of interesting information, along with coverage of the KORE truck that ran the Baja 1000. I think you guys will find it interesting. Next weekend (March 12-13) the show will continue on the same project vehicle with suspension upgrades and a towing and off-roading test of the vehicle. I had a chance to preview the show yesterday and it really is fun to watch.

mkubacak and ds1rider,
I was present at the studio during the taping of the shows for this weekend and next. I have a lot of respect for Ian Johnson and Jessi Combs, the hosts of the show. They both have pretty extensive backgrounds that qualify them to host the show. Jessi is a fabricator by trade and is very capable of welding, grinding and shaping metal. Ian has been a diesel mechanic, a transmission technician and an instructor. In my opinion, they both have the background necessary to host the show. Obviously the show is not shot in a single take, but Ian and Jessi write their own scripts, so they are knowledgeable about everything that is said. I don't imagine that the show suits everyone's taste, but to each his own.

I never said I doubted their abilities. They are just immature to me. I do not care for their personalities either. But, that is my own personal opinion. The guy on Trucks is a billion times better.

I also have a lot of respect for Stacey David. I have spent time with him as well and he is very passionate about what he does. He invests a lot of time and energy into producing a quality show.

I'll watch. Does not matter to me who hosts the show! I am interested in the trucks.

They both seem about the same to me. Both decent shows. I will be watching!

Stacey is the man??.... find out more after the break.

Trucks is one heck of a show. I'm glad Xtreme won't be doing some rockcrawling B.S. this weekend(personal bias).
