A few questions...
My truck seems to want to stay in a higer gear and not shift out.. but if i restart the truck it will be fine. It only does it sometimes. I have a Dtt trans. Anyone have any ideas? And what would be an easy way to adjust my wastegate and when should it open?

You have a custom set of twins so there could be a lot of wastegate configurations, you need to give some more info about your setup.
Pm TiminVa about the tranny problem if you don't get a response here, he's certified DTT. http://www.trediesel.com/

Did a shop make them for you or did you buy it like it is? Why do you need/want to adjust the gates?
You might want to do a search on running without a plate.

If you have internal gates then you can adjust boost with a manual boost controller or by adjusting the actuator. If the turbos are internally gated there's an air line on the turbo and you can use compressed air to see where the wastegate opens.
I have no experience with external gates so I can't comment.
