Fender flares

My 01 currently has the factory style flares on it and one was trashed when I got it. Now that it is close to being done and gonna have to go threw enahnced inspection to get r-titled I am begining to worry about how **** Penn. might be with the 37" tires and factory flares not covering so well. I like the looks of the cut outs but dont want to cut any metal. Pocket style is ok but geesh a lil expensive for fake screws vs extenda flares. Anyone put the cut outs on without cutting? or do most of you run extenda flares?

i got the pocket flares. you dont have to cut. it all depends on what you want. im running a 35" on a after market rim with offset. so my tires stick out 2.5"-3" and the flare covers them perfect as they are a 3". all the flares are the same just depends on what look you want
