Installed the newer T-Block and installed the new smaller nonserviceable motor. You can Deadhead this pump with no issues at all unlike the older units. Also replaced my 3/4" Buna Ball under my T-Block with the 5/8" one. I pulled the pressure spring out and replaced with a new one of the same type. (They look differant in design....but felt the same in resistance). My pressure now? 22 PSI and can pull it down to 20. Thats it. Motor/pump seems quiter as well. This is my personal testing on my truck.

EDIT: just for giggles I check mine it says 5755 stamped into tag, I guess I got a new one?
Thanks for the info.

#4931 was the start of the new non-servicable motors. SO you (Anything after that number) have the most current FASS system on the market at the moment.
The new motors have hard wired brushes with leaf springs, of sorts, appling pressure to the brushs. Tons better motor, lighter in weight, and seals better to keep mositure from getting into the contacts....the issue with the older units.

After a night of driving on it....motor is slight louder than before but the engine still covers it up nicely! Very manageable. The throttle seems crisper as well! Not to mention that the truck seems to bust off (after the usual wait) quicker. Anyone that knows me, knows i am very open minded in my observations. I didn’t want to see any differences! haha.....

Someone give Charlie his pill and tell him that he has an HPFP??!!??
The high pressure relief started in the HPFP's and then bleed over to the FASS's. The HPFP's only had one change, The new motors. Brakes are as follows:
150 GPH units: 913 and up
ALL GPH Units: 1018 and up
BUT you can just look at your motor and see too! Charlie, you got brushes from me late last year (Pre DPP)...so you have the older one!
