FASS Installation tips
My FASS unit is in the mail!!
Anyone have any tips or suggestions regarding installation for an old geezer who doesn't,,,,, BEND,, that well any more????
Hose at the fuel tank, pressurizing the system before start up, ect., ect....
Just looking for as trouble free a process as possible.

It might make it easier to access the tank and mount the FASS if you are willing to take the bed loose and jack it up a bit. You could drop the tank a bit, but that won't help with the pump mounting.

As I always mention, I would replace the quick connect fitting on the tank. Just remove the stock quick connect, push the hose on to the riser and use a hose clamp. I believe there's another thread here on DTR that describes the install too. Just search for FASS install.
