FASS HPFP for a 12v??

Need a FASS HPFP for my 12v, something like the 180GPH setup, but no filters. You guys have anything to accommodate??

HPFP-180-1011@50PSI is the kit you are looking for.
Can I buy just a pump and mounting, or do they all come with the lines, pickup, electrical, etc?

You can get just the pump if you want. And piece out the bracket and wiring harness separately:

Or WH-1002 (98.5-04.5 Dodge harness w/relay…..you can mod to work with your truck if wanted)

We dead head at the P-7100. SO if your overflow valve pop's off too soon, your system pressure will be lower...i have had that happen on some 12 valves. The pressure is regulated internally in the HPFP.

I am running the FASS 180GPH pump (with the filters) on my 1996 Dodge CTD 12 valve and see very good pressure from the system (45-48 @ idle) and never below 43-45lbs at WOT. And that is with the large Scheid Injectors AND that 913 P-7100 pump too. Dan has been great to me on any service or help I have needed since the install.

In a truck that is anything other then COM. only I'd look elsewhere the FASS has taken away over 25 gallons of my 60 galllon fuel tank and I know of a few others that have 0 fp at between 1/4 and 3/8 in a factory tank!!
And no the 2 quarters of the bottom of the tank doesn't work any better!!
And no the 2 quarters of the bottom of the tank doesn't work any better!!

Thanks Dan...that's what I thought. I'm wanting to get rid of the overflow valve, and some of the headaches normally associated with it...so I was just checking to make sure I get the full flow to the pump...or at least plenty of extra.
John...are you running the factory return system?? eg, overflow valve and return lines?

We are working on something to fix this....but we want it to be right and not cost hundreds to make it right. Trust me...it bothers me that you are haveing issues...and I will personaly get intouch with you when we get a fix for this. Any suction tube kit on the market has this problem. Its just the nature of the beast. Just like big turbos and turbo lag.....
BUT i will say this, i just got done pulling the shop race trucks tank that has a draw tube in it. It had less than 10 gallons in it before it started dropping pressure. Gauge was well below 1/4. (We were trying to run it low so we could pull the tank)

I have eliminated the stock mechanical lift pump, the fuel strainer and heater and installed 1/2" line from the tank all the way to the P-7100. We did that to cut the restriction in the fuel system Chris.

While you are right that the present FASS set-up can limit fuel supply, my Son and I have found a pretty good way to get around that by using the stock plastic in-tank fuel canister and running a hose and tube through the bottom of that unit. You could not do it on any of the newer CR trucks though because of the in-tank lift pump.
