I have recently installed an auxillary fuel tank in my truck. Can anyone tell me where the FASS pump would be installed? Befor the 3 way valve? Should I use the 95 GPM pump or the 150 gpm pump? Will the 150 gpm pump be too much for the almost stock set-up?

 

I would think it should go between the three way valve and the engine.I would use the 95gpm pump that it what I have and it stays priety steady. how does the returne line work is it also swithed with the valve ?

 

Yes, the return runs through the valve also.

 

Airman, are you running the filter and water separator, or just the pump?

 

No I bought a filter and water seperator from Jeggs that had nice 1/2" ports that was around $35 bucks, I have the fast II .
