Question FASS Fuel Pressures???

WAs just wondering what the common fuel pressure for a new FASS 95/150? Mine is at 13 psi and I can pull it down to 9 psi. Does that sound right? My old FASS 95/150 was 14psi and I could only pull it down to 12 psi. What gives?

Mine buries my 15# gauge at idle, at cruising speeds I have 14-13, and at WOT I can draw it down to 11.

I use an ISSPRO mechanical gauge with isolator tapped from the line feeding directly to the VP. That line is from FASS and we eliminated the stock fuel filter & housing running directly from the FASS unit to the VP. My FASS is the pn 150/95-1008 which is the 95gph pump for my '01 truck.

I'm seeing 13.5 consistant and steady at idle and down to 13 while normail drving, hwy and around town...at full throttle I can get as low as 11.5 or 12.

This ones brand new, maybe they make them that way because this thing is silent when running. I wonder if I can change the PSI output with a different spring?

Ahhhhh, thanks Bnold, I thought so. I tried to stretch this spring but it made no difference. Dan's not on here and is hard to get ahold of. How does a guy know which one to order?

I would think any FASS dealer would have access to different springs. Forget which part number mine was...
