I looked at him and laughed, I told him that it was still under warranty for another 3 years. He said if I had a problem and they could not fix it I would get the new motor for free. So why pay for the new motor I asked, he had no answer.... He told me that his ( one like mine) had no problems for two whole years.. I hope mine lasts longer than that.
The only issues we really had with the older motors were the brushes....a simple cleaning usally worked to get them up and running again. The update was also put out there for the older units that only had a 2 year wnty and some are starting to expire. Also for others that didnt turn in thier wnty paper work..... Again...we are not saying the older motors were bad by any means.....we have way more out there that run just fine than the ones that have issue.......we are just giving an option to update to what we are currently using on the new systems.

Yes...any FASS 95 SERIES will have the new motor.
