What will I be running for psi with a fass 95gph and 150gph? Is it true that you have to change the suction tube in the bottom of the tank with a 150?

95 GPH = 13 PSI idle/11.5 WOT
150 GPH = 14 PSI Idle/12.5 WOT
This is the readings i got in my personal 2001 Truck.
Most of the 2nd gen Dodges will not require a suction tube kit. BUT if you have a pick up module that is cracked, pluging up/restricted or retrofited with the new intank pump, you will need to install a STK-1002.
The 95 GPH gives you tons of a better chance of not haveing any issue with your stock pickup. I have been running a 150 GPH since 2004 with my stock pickup with no issues at all.

We went back to the older PS-1002 spring, and give the option for higher pressure if needed. The pressures above are more than enough.

I had the stiffer spring originally but had hard starting problems when it was hot. I haven't had any problems since switching springs and dropping the pressure. I love my FASS................NOW!!
