Fass

Iam putting a fass 95gph system on my 01 and a fuel pressure gauge how many PSI gauge should i buy. Is there such thing as to much fuel pressure for the VP44 pump.

A 0-30psi gauge will be plenty. I wouldn't go much over about 25psi of pressure. Really about 15-18 is all you need.

I installed the 150 gph F.A.S.S. system with filters and have 20 psi at idle and 17 psi at WOT. Fuel pressure sending unit is inline and about 6" before vp44.

The highest I ever see is 18-19, I'm using a 0-30psi gauge

FASS with the older PS-1002 Springs were anywhere from 18-22 PSI

The HPFP (OR FASS II) are set about 18 PSI

The NEW PS-1002 spring sets pressure about 13-15 PSI

Most people only see about a 1.5-2 PSI drop on WOT......
