Ebay would probally be the best place.
A guy I know bought his Ranch Hand from a salvage yard for I think $300. Front full replacement, legend series. One of the mounting brackets was bent, he had it replaced for cheap, and was good to go.

I got what I consider a good deal recently on EBay. (KBMill2), with almost 59,000 transactions, I would say they are reputable sellers.
I bought a set of stainless nerf bars (tube steps), on my door step in a week for $156.00! The hardware was suprisingly decent and very stout, the installation went very smooth. I have been searching for these for a few months now, went to Pep Boys and other auto parts places, they were ranging from about $190 for the black steel ones to as high as $400 for stainless. I know they don't have Westin or some other brand name stamped on the tread, but I am here to tell you, they are pretty nice pieces and I expect them to outlast my ownership of the truck.
I like the way they dress up the truck, and as a bonus back seat passengers can now get in and out. I also like the fact that car doors will now smack the bars instead of my doors.
