Jacobs brake two weeks after I purchased truck in '01. Took about 4 hours to install and has worked perfect since. I put a switch on the gear shaft like a lot of people do.

I have had the Pacbrake on mine since '02. After 1 year, the actuator went bad and was replaced free of charge. Good reliability and power.
