EXHAUSTS

I AM WANTING TO REPLACE MY 3 INCH DUAL EXHAUST WITH A 4 OR 5 INCH SYSTEM.IS THERE AN ADVANTAGE WITH 4 OVER 5, OR VICE VERSA?DOES ANYBODY PRODUCE A 4 OR 5 INCH DUAL EXHAUST SYSTEM? WHERE CAN I GET THE LARGER TURBO TURN-DOWN PIPE & WILL IT HELP WITH EGT'S THAT MUCH? I AM ABOUT TO ADD A BLUE CHIP BOX & JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE I HAVE ENOUGH EXHAUST TO LOWER THE EGT'S A LITTLE. IS THERE ANYWHERE I CAN GET CHEAPER FUEL FILTERS FOR MY 99? I GET TIRED OF PAYING 28 BUCKS FOR THEM WHEN THE NEWER MODELS ARE HALF THAT.

Re:EXHAUSTS

Try GENOSGARAGE.COM for the filters.

Try http://www.protintnw.com/sa_dodge-exh.htm for the exhaust.

For opinions on exhaust pipe sizes, simply do a search. This topic has been beaten to death, so you should find more than enough information.

Better yet, save your self the time. Just get the 4" system and be done with it.

Re:EXHAUSTS

Captdash,

Unless you're at or above 500 RWHP per the numberous dyno articles you would be doing yourself a negative by going to 5 inch. We have always preached this as well, you'll hurt the low end torque and off line performance with a 5 inch. We have 4 inch single and 4 inch dual systems available in aluminized T-409 and T-304 stainless, they all come with dual 5 inch rolled edge polished T-304 tips etc . Give us a call.

Re:EXHAUSTS

Hey, while I was searching the web one day I came across this site. I haven't been able to find any other place cheaper. If I remember correctly genos is not much more than this but this websites shipping isnt bad. Just buy a few at at time and you cant lose. These are the only filters, I will run and I know this is where I'm going to order from here shortly. I'll let you all know how it goes. Anyway heres the site:
