If you cant find PB blaster, ive heard, that brake fluid is the best penetrating oil around. Ive never tried it. Just watch your paint job with it.

Mix half Diesel fuel with half Automatic Tranny Fluid, Spray it on the bolts, use an impact after that, they come right out, I had the same problem when I took my tailpipe off when it rusted out from the muffler. That mix is the cheapest and best rust remover and penetrant Ive used. Really good for Electrical Rust removing too.

Well I finally got them out, I bought some PB a 18" breaker bar and they came right out. There for awhile I was starting to think they were not coming out. I bought the exhaust off of ebay other then having to trim some sections down it went in pretty easy. Thanks everyone for your help!

Glad to hear all worked out. Just one question, did you install a muffler or leave 'er open? I just did a mufflerectomy on mine and the sound is so sweet!

I got a muffler with the system. I wanted the 4 inch exhaust but I didn't want the noise of a straight pipe. My old truck was loud with the straight pipe. This muffler is a straight thru and it's not much louder then stock but it sounds a lot better.
