I ran 3/4" clear plastic hose down the drivers side to the frame and back to just behind the fuel tank. You can run it part way inside the frame... at least on the long beds you can.

What's cool about it is a minor low spot developed just before the end of the hose. Keeps oil from dripping when parked...only blows oil out when engine works hard.... on the hwy. On the dyno it blows 'steam' and looks like an exhaust leak behind the fuel tank, but on the wrong side.

I put a 90 degree plastic elbow in the end (pointing down) and get very little oil on/under the back body.
