question 1. are jammer 5s to much for a stock turbo
and 2 about what hp am i looking at with injectors, new quad box(call it a edge comp for numbers sake) fass and exhauset. i dont want to kill my tranny or clutch. thanks

 

i have jammer 3s and although i do like them alot...i wouldnt want anything bigger without a differnt turbo....these put off alot of smoke, and they get pretty darn warm when towing...

 

Just an Edge comp has enough get up to fry your Luk clutch. If you take it easy your clutch will last a while, but If you try boosted launches or just alot of racing, it will not last. Just Jammer 5's is fine for a stock turbo, or just a box but both is too much. I never run my box above level one, it just smokes too much.

 

that would hurt you tranny...i think the jammer 5s are 150??? thats quite a bit, also dont forget about the rest of the tranny!

I've got stage 2s and a puck that should be close to stage 5s hp wise. when I'm pulling hard with my stock turbo I have yet to see over 1100 deg.
