In their larger engines, Cummins groups parts for overhauls. This is really just a convenience, kind of like a numbered meal at the fast food joint. You don't save anything, just a bit of time ordering. Sometimes you get a few parts you didn't need.
The "B", being smaller, without liners, really doesn't need a kit. Tear it apart, make a list of what you need, and put it back together. No real need for a kit. 8)

I dissagree with Hammer. I ordered a overhaul kit for mine when I was rebuilding from a place in Ft. Worth. The kit came with pistons, rings, rod & main bearings, cam bushing, and all upper and lower gaskets. The kit was under 800 dollars and quality parts! If youre interested shoot me a PM and Ill look up their number for you ( I cant remember it off the top of my head :).
