Engine missing no codes

engine misses during accelaration, 18 lbs of fp, new filters, box on leavel 1-5, no engine light, and no codes. Miss only goes away a full throttle. Seams to be worse with a load on the truck. Any suggestions on what to look for now.

Could have a bad injector. With the engine idling crack open each line at the injector one at a time. If one is bad it will be the one that doesn't cause the engine sound to change as much.
Be careful with the high pressure diesel fuel, the pressure is high enough to inject fuel right though your skin and can kill you. Wrap a rag around the injector first.
