engine cuts off, no pedal
98 24 valve auto, edge juice/attitude. I messed up and read someone post wrong about throttle ajustment and tried to screw the hex ajustment screw in or out under the plastic cover... My ooopps the engine light came on and when you sometimes let off the throttle and get back on throttle NO response, you wack the throttle 3-4 times or put in nuetraul and do same and comes out of it. I almost wrecked real bad and hope someone can help. I went to autozone and threw codes P0121 and P1693 my fuel pressure is high to middle 10-18psi but i may have F*@*ed it up when I ajusted the set scre. Also went to dodge they said it came up with a A.P.P. Accelerator whatever that is @ $770 installed can you help.........

Hmm, is the sticker still on your APPS that says do not adjust that Hex Screw?
You might be able to get away with trying to screw it in/out and get it back to around stock position. Did you unscrew it, or screw it in?

mine is throwing a throttle position sensor code too and every now in then it will just go to idle. I pump the throttle a couple of times then it comes back alive. I looked into getting a new TPS but they are some where around $500 that's a little high for me, so I am going to run it tell it goes all the way out. This probably doesn't help you

My truck was doing the same thing. I'd be driving along and all of a sudden the truck would go to idle, I'd have no throttle whatsoever, and the check engine like came on instantly. The code thrown was the TPS Sensor code, and said that it needed to be replaced. I went in and adjusted the voltage back up near stock and have not had a problem since.
