truck is in my sig, bhaf, rip's 4 inch exhaust, van aaken and 275's. I'm wondering what kind of egt is expected, mine seem to be low but I'm wondering what you guys are seeing empty wot and towing approximately 8k up hill? I also see around 35-36 pounds of boost. Thanks

Well, I can't give a real good comparison but I'll give you my numbers. I run a post turbo pyro. With the wastegate stock and was able to hold 18 psi w/o backing off at 900. Since I plugged the W/G I see 34 bouncing and settles at 32. Now I can't make 700 degree. The highest I've got was 675. Even using the 500 diff that has been observed I'm still under 1200.

Well if my right foot is feeling heavy getting it up to 800-900 empty in town isn't a problem, was just below 1200 pulling 10K up 6% from 5000' to 8000' which I think is a little high, I'm going to check for codes and if none are present (I doubt there are any there) I may have to do a turbo upgrade or something else to help the egts, looking to pull 14K across the rockies via I-70 at the speed limit with my eyes on the road not the egt guage

When I ran an EZ/275 combo with 4" straight pipe and a scotty 2 I could only hit 1100-1150* at 35psi with an HY35 at 110mph. With your HX you should be running a little cooler than that.

empty I can't really see much over 1000, and pulling 8k I saw around 1150 uphill. I guess that seems about right, I choose my mods so I wouldn't have to watch the egt towing, and I guess everything's working well. Thanks for the replies.
