egt temps whats right
I have a #6 PDR fuel plate that was in my truck and I did not know until I got into my AFC the other day. I bought a bully dog stage 2 thinking I was going to juice it up a little in chang it already is. I would have never known, this is my first diesel thought it was stock.(dose any one know what number that would be) the pdr was almost all the way forward I moved it full forward what is an exceptible egt temp range that will not nuke my truck I will tune acordingly

When you push the plate full forward make sure that the govenor arm does not fall/hit under the plate. As far as EGT's go the general rule-of-thumb is to not substain any more than 1200* for a long period and do not hold 1400*+ for more than a few seconds...

whare should it be i was wondering because when i got into the afc the only thing i could see was alittle arm type thing with a spring on it. this was under the plate when i opend the top of afc would this be it whare should it ride on the cut edge or on the bottom
