Re:EDM's are in !!
Tim,
I'm glad those injectors are working out well for you. I've got a set of bully dog II's right now and I'm not really happy with them. They are REALLY smoky around town and if I goose the throttle they kind of stumble. And to be honest when I turn the box off the truck basically feels much weaker than when I was running just an EZ. Maybe I just got a bad set or something. I'm getting a set of DonM's 1.5's in about a week to try out and I hope I will be as pleased as you are.

GatorRam, I think you will be relly happy with your 1.5's. My 2's smoke about 1/2 as much as my Bully dog II's. The power was ok with the BD's, but they were smoky and not as smooth as the EDMs. From what I understand the 1.5's hardly smoke at all. Good luck!

are the 4's really for offroad use only?

No they can be used on the street, just have to change your driving habits, and hope you have enough turbo or it will get a bit warm on the EGT. It all depends on your smoke tolerence level. Ran some for about 9 monthes.

Re:EDM's are in !!
I went from DD2's to Mach 2+'s (110hp) or whatever Don calls them. Perhaps Mach 2.4's or whatever. Anyhow, picked way more than 30HP (I think Don rates them conservatively) and the temps are the same. Yes, pyro will go to 1600 but it did that with the DD2's. Since I don't keep my foot in it that long, NP. BTW, I run a pubic size turbo PDRHX14W complete with a restricted exhaust elbow (PacBrake) and don't forget that I have an auto ETC and I stilled layed down 482.2rwhp at Piers Dynomania. So..........temps perhaps the same, power way up specially on the bottom end and smoke half as much. I am one happy camper. Call Don himself, Rip Rook or Rod (Don's AUTHORIZED dealers). They will answer your questions for your particular application.
