EDM Injectors

Does anyone make EDM injectors for the 12V cummins? If not, Why??? What's the difference with the 24V that they make them for them?

EDM'ing of 12v injectors is not cost effective.

You can buy a set of 370's for half the price of EDM'ed 12v injectors.

Just remember all the top HP 12v'er are NOT running EDM'ed injectors.

so what are they running? I don't want 370's in my truck because of the smoke factor. I guess they figure us 12V guys won't buck up and buy good injectors

"Most" of us wouldn't...Dynomite Diesel, JR Adkins both make EDM 12v injectors (I think those are the two names I remember. Don M @ F1 Diesel will also whip you up whatever you want, but his prices are for custom injectors.

I've got a few things to do first, but in a few months (hopefully), I'm gonna have Don whip me up some sticks.

I have had my F1 Mach 2.5s in my 12v for nearly 1000 miles and its been . Still doing some tuning on the bottom end smoke trail but other than that they are great. Would I spend the money again for them...you bet.

Rick, I would suggest a thicker washer. I installed the .020 thick washer when they left here, but the .060 might help some. The AFC screw on the back can be tweaked some as well.

Keep tuning, but if you cant get the low end some to subside, I have some other ideas too. The dern P pump has such a lame injection pressure when the engine speeds are low we really have to super tune the AFC.
