You can go about 100 to 125 as for power rating. I would go cheap like BD or jammer as your not a drag racer or puller. With a cheaper injector there are issues. Don makes a good injector but they are pricey. If want power go the formula route. Lenny at DDP would sell you a set of clean 100 rwhp injectors.

DDP or Formula 1. Lower cost with good power = DDP. More power, lower EGT = Formula 1. Or at least from what I understand. You can do your own research on that.

Mike Holmen - You are right, I am not a drag racer or sled puller. But when it comes to towing and working the truck when I'm 1,000 miles from home, I am like 'Iceman' on 'Top Gun.' I don't like 'issues,' like you mentioned cheaper injectors will have. You may not mean 'problems' when you say 'issues.' You may mean like smoke. But I don't care to blow any more smoke than necessary. It draws attention, and it's LEO type of attention that I want to avoid (iceman syndrome).

I've tried to find Don's injectors, but I couldn't find a link ... can someone link me? I had a link in the past, but my computer had to be "fixed" and all my old links are gone.

All - Between F1 & DDP, who's spray pattern is more efficient? I'm going to have to guess that F1's are, and that's what leads to more power.

Hmmm... I guess I'm dumb. Don's injectors are the F1 injectors? Well, I've been looking at them, just didn't know they were Don's.

Don is a good guy if you talk to him and be honest about what you want he will build you what you need. Its pretty hard to beat a set of taylor made F1sticks

I think at the power rating your looking most of the injectors will pretty close to each other power and pyro egt's. Your gonna have smoke running a set of sticks that big with a stock sized turbo. Anybodys twins will remove the smoke and egt's. Its been awhile since I ran a small set of sticks. I'm currently running a set of BD130's. They hardly smoke and the egt's are hardly top the 1100 mark. I'm still in the 480-500's area for power. The erratic idle/miss of the sticks drive me crazy. They some times just not make power and dumps the smoke but for around $700 how can you complain. My macher sticks make tons more power and smoke, yes. Same goes for my DDP sticks, of course they are 220 to 240 size rating. Once I get some more $$$, I'll buy a set of mach 3.5 or a set of DDP stage 3's.

Smoke shouldn't be too bad with a stock turbo. The quick spool helps. If you have smoke at WOT, then you need a little more turbo (boost).

Well, I've pretty much got my mind made up. I'm going to get the clutch, and I think I'll wind up with some F1 M2's. I can't find anything wrong with that set up. After that I'm think I may change from the EZ to the xzilliraider box with the commander. Once the new clutch is in, I'd like to target 400 hp / 900 lb.ft. Don't know if that's possible for sure with what I'm talking about ... but I think it is.
