well im one of the guys that big Dblue was talkin bout and the only difference is that the att gives u the temp and boost pressure and has a turbo safegaurd that leaves the engine runing until the turbo temp is safe to kill the engine (it just helps to prolong turbo life) so if u want gauges in the future i say just stick with the comp i got it and i luv it but the power of the 2 is very similer but u should get it sent back to get the drag version but the gauges and turbo guard are the only differences

Ive got the smarty and juice stacked and it works for me. I think the biggest difference between the comp and the juice with attitude is the other features that come with the attitude. The monitoring of a long list of items that could replace gauges or keep you from needing to buy gauges. It monitors way more than you would put gauges in for too. It also has the turbo cooldown feature which is nice and variety of other things. The comp gives you the power and no additional features.
I have read over and over on here that the best stack with the smarty is uh oh brainfart-- I am thinking the redline box as it has no timing so you can use the smarty timing instead (I may be wrong on the box I just cant seem to remember the name for sure now)
Ok Ok not Redline but TST sorry about that in any case a nontiming fueling box is supposed to take better advantage of the smarty

Thanks for the input the biggest advantage i found was the cost differance between the two i priced out a comp and gauges vs the juice with att and found the juice about $200 cheaper.
If i go with the juice and smarty plus i added a o-ringed head and 150hp injectors and ats exhaust manifold this week what kind of hp numbers on a dyno can i look for ?? also with this set up is a II super 62 or a silver bullet a better fit ?? Thanks, Jr

I cant tell you what you'll get with that combo but on mine with the smarty on 4, rv275's (which are worth about 40hp) and the juice on 5x5 with a PDR HX 35 I ran 393hp just a month or two ago at a local dyno day. So it should be well above that.

I have owned both boxes, the Juice in my opinion is superior for the non race truck. If you plan to drive, tow, street race, and occasionally drag race, the Juice is for you. I also feel that the Juice pulls a little harder on the bottom end, a little weaker midrange, and harder on the top end. That said, I did not have a brand new comp, it was 1.5 years old when I bought the Juice, and the juice has a newer tune, so maybe a new comp would feel identical. Also, you can upgrade the Juice via fax machine and telephone call to a Hot Juice which is equivalent to a Drag Comp. The comp has to be sent in to get the hot upgrade in which case you lose level 5 and gain a level 6 tune in the fifth spot. On the Juice, you get all six tunes... not that 5 and 6 are much different, but that still is one more tune. The drag/ hot upgrade raises the defuel point to 3200 R's from the normal 2700 R's of a standard Comp/Juice. Not that much of an issue on automatics, but on a manual like mine, sometimes you don't perfectly shift at 2700 and so it gives you a margin of error for shifting while maintaining near maximum power. On an auto, those extra R's equals little higher top speed .. i think!
Also, the alerts are nice... I lost my Lift Pump the other day on a long drive and I did not know about it till the alert warned me of low fuel pressure. If I had a gauge, who knows how long till I would have noticed the problem.
Juice is now expensive though, I bought mine in March for 615 shipped to my door!

Ni issues with the stack. My egts can get a bit high but that is really dependent on how I drive it. My turbo is a bit on the small side for the mods. I dont remember what the egts were during the dyno the alarm didnt go off so it must have stayed under 1250.
