edge jammers vs. bd Injectors

i have been trying to decide btween the edge jammers and the bd injectors.i have been looking at the jammer 3's and 4's. and the bd 110hp. would that be to much for my setup. iam mainly wanting it for street racing and such. so i would like to know the best setup for my truck. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thank you

I think the 4's might be a little hot for your turbo. The 4's are usually 150 HP injector.
Also look at the HTT Injectors.

I've heard several guys here lately talking about the jammers making their trucks do some crazy acting up at idle. High Tech Turbo is definitely the way to go. My next turbo step will be done with them.

I had a set of BD 155 hp injectors. They were a very good all around injector. I have no problem with the BD's. I've also heard a few folks with idle and skipping issues with the Jammers. Probably not as big of an issue if you have them pop tested or buy them asssembled and have already been pop tested.

I'm running Tiger Rag's bd 155's. Once I got the fuel leak I had solved the truck has idled smoother than it ever has. No gurgling or nothing. I thought for a while that something wasn't right but turns out it was all in my head. I'm very happy with them.

On a stock turbo and clutch most definately. I'm running a KSB-1 turbo and I can still peg 1500* by 55mph. Even with the smarty turned off.

Once you get the clutch the 110's would be great. You can run the 110's on your stock clutch, you just won't be able to turn the comp up real high before it starts slipping. Once you replace it you'll be fine and you'll having the bigger injectors. I always like to go a little on the big side cause that way once I get the supporting mods done I can really enjoy the extra power instead of wishing I had gone bigger in the first place.

Id definitely do at least the BD 110s, I have drag comp and BD 90s and I can only hit 1150 on the pyro, and you have way better intake and exhaust. If you put a good clutch in there that thing will be screamin.

Roan you have a stock turbo and thats what you are seeing as far as temps? Wow. Im thinkin of mach 4's for now, then turbo and clutch soon after. I dunno, I can hit 1100 w/ smarty on 7 but it takes a looong time to get there.
