Question edge jammer nozzles- need to be tested?

Do these nozzles need to be tested before installed in truck?? I would just think that you would receive a good product when you purchase it, but, I've heard that they need to be tested before installed from a few threads on here. So,...????????

it is a good product but they are just pieces of injectors not the whole thing,

so you need to take them to a diesel injection shop and they will install them in the injector and adjust the pop off pressure to match factory specs.

if you dont do this it could cause rough idle and/or hard starts

really? 2 sets and they were both fine? Maybe I'll go ahead and get some then. Did you see any mpg change? I'm looking at jammer 4's to run w/ my EZ. Think that will be a good combo? Also, what jumper setting to put EZ on w/ 4's?? Left, middle or right??

So I'd have to down the truck to take the injectors and new nozzles to an injection shop?? Plus pay for them to do this?
