Edge EZ plus what injectors?
Just installed edge EZ not that long ago, (bit by bug LOL) any how the truck has 300,000Kms on it and the condition of the injectors is unknown, so If I have to replace 'em what would work? giving best performance and mileage? keep in mind this truck does courier work and sees 8hrs of run time every day!
any input will be welcomed!!!
ps I don't need gobs of HP, just reliable/efficent power

The RV275 injectors are really nice for a mild performance gain & if you drive them normal.....a little better mpgs too. My brother has a set in his truck & they are very impressive & cheap. He paid $250 for his.

Yes, but my VP was on the way out. I don't remember the #'s, but it was not much more than stock. I have a new VP and was going to dyno this weekend, but will not get to. With the EZ and RV275's, it went 304/710 on a Mustang dyno.

Where's a good source to buy these RV275 injectors? Any vendors offering up good prices on these? how many hp/tq increase over stock are these? I know that DDP has a both 60 and a 75 hp increase injector kits.

The description is worded poorly, these are the RV275 injectors. You'll get around 30hp give or take.

I went from a RV275 to a F1 Mach 2. IMO, there is no comparison.
While the Mach injectors clearly cost more, they netted better fuel economy, less smoke and a heck of a lot more power.

If you want to save some money, buy some RV 275's on Ebay from Pensicola Diesel. Just search "Injector Cummins" and they should pop up for about 244$ free shipping. That's where I bought mine, brand new, worked great! They call them a high performance 300 HP injector but they are just RV 275's. They call them 300 cause some trucks can make 300 HP with them all else stock. That of course is 300 at the flywheel. They claim to add 40-60 ponies.

I ran an EZ for a few years. At 82K I installed some RV275 injectors. At 87K I installed my other trans that I had built up with Dave G's guidance and parts. I had to be carefull towing with the EZ and the injectors would just plain drive right through the lockup converter.
Can't remember the vendor off the top of my head, but I had a customer buy some supposed RV275 injectors for around $250. When I got them I noted right off the bat that they didn't have the Bosch # on them like mine did. I installed them and the engine started "making oil".... Found that the Orings that these injectors came with were a smaller diameter than the stock ones so it allowed fuel to enter the engine....I'm so glad I decided to check the oil prior to the install and after the test drive. Of course, the vendor had NEVER had any issues with this. Ended up ordering a set of Cummins O rings for them and the guy basically had to pay me twice for installing his injectors. They seemed to work after that, but it kind of made me wonder.
