Edge Comp Not Turning on at All
So this year's hunting trip was hard on the truck.
1.Blew a front tire, had to change it on a back road up a steep hill.
2. Started leaking oil on the bumpstop for the front right. I think it's just the line feeding the turbo, but haven't gotten to check it out.
3. Posilok is stuck on and won't disengage, regardless of in 4wd or 2wd...
4. Got in and the comp box wouldn't turn on at all. Pushing any button didn't do anything. Not sure if the box is fried or what.
So those of you who have had to send things back to edge, what did they say/charge? Any sense in upgrading while they have the chip? Is there a new download for it? What's it cost to upgrade it?
Thanks.

Edge replaced mine, no questions asked. It was acting a little flaky in some of the settings.
GHerrmann, my Comp works flawlessly even at -35 F. No need to cycle the key at all. I think I'd send that one back.

It's about 5 years old now. I don't think they would take care of it.

Like stated above, in cold weather you have to cycle the key a few times for it to come on. You can send it in and they will fix it. Not sure what they do or how well it work. (I just cycle the key) if you send it in you can have them do the hot unlock for $100, this pretty much adds a level 6 to it
