dyno #'s very disappointing HELP

Meatball, after I put my htb2 on, the intercooler hose right after the turbo liked to work itself off on one side. I still had decent boost, but wasn't making what it should. Just an idea.

Was there a correction factor used?

What was the weight of the roller on the dyno jet?

You HP looks pretty good.

Do you have a solid lines on the graph? Meaning, no blank spots in the lines.

Does your "butt dyno" agree with low power?

Typically dyno's don't give junk readings. I agree I would have expected more power than 416hp with your set-up. But if the dyno was a DJ248, the truck lit on the rollers (which based on what I am hearing it did) then that is all that was applied to the rollers.

I would start looking first at things like fuel filter (I've seen large HP increases just by putting a new filter in) Wastegate settings (which if lazy you might see on the graph). If the smoke is there on the street and during the run, I'd look at Wastegate setting. Isn't that turbo good for 50 psi?

As far as everyone being unhappy with numbers, were they uncorrected or corrected. You get a hot humid day and run uncorrected, you WILL have unhappy folks coming off the rollers.
