I finally got to run the truck this weekend at scheids. 450.2 hp and 754.6 tq. Kinda wondering why the torque number was so low, but still happy with the numbers considering what I have for mods. Any ideas on the torque reading?

is your TC really tight and/or is that super 40 laggy?

i used to have a really laggy HX55 and when i was making 421hp, my tq was only just over 800 when i thought it should be over 900 like most of the other numbers i was seeing.

without any boost down low your tq will suffer even tho the HP really picks up on the top end

The 40 is laggy, that must be what it is. It doesn't build boost til around 1800 but by 2400 it is at 40lbs. Maybe a smarty or something along those lines would add some fuel down low to spool a little quicker?? It's always something...lol

yea a smarty on SW8 with your comp would help pick it up nicely.

I saw you dyno man, nice truck That is weird how the torque works. I made 772ft lbs on the stock charger and injectors with 337hp, so it definately has to have something to do with a laggy turbo.

I dyno'd Friday morning about 11:45, so I dont know if ya saw me or not. Line wasnt too long then, I dyno'd as soon as i could There werent a lot of people there then. I was standing around your truck while you were waiting to dyno Saturday. Think i was leaning on it a little Im about 6'3", was wearing a read cummins hat, and a blue carharrt shirt.
