Dyno Numbers with Nitro Methane
Well, I just tested out a dyno jet today.
With Comp off, I hit 209/ 383
Comp 5x5, I hit 305/ 596
With Nitro Methane Race Fuel Mix, and Comp I hit 402/ 845
And no, I didn't peg EGT's. On nitro fuel blend I only hit 1480* once.

Where did you find a dyno jet? What model was it?

I assume nitro methane will affect the aromatics of diesel fuel? Could the nitro methane be injected via a water/meth system? This would bypass the pumps and injectors? How corrosive is nitro methane on aluminum pistons?

nitro is very hard on bearings and oil it absolutelly destoys oil and likes to wash bearings so using this on a full time deal would be a bad idea unless you want to change the oil every day.

I've got a buddy that ran some nitro methane through his Dmax, he put it in the methanol injection bottle. He said it might have hit a little bit harder but nothing too noticable. I agree with the weird sound, his Dmax exhaust had a super dep rumble to it. It was pretty cool... especially because it wasn't mine

I like this guy !!!!!!, BTW with the nitro blend hes usen from r/c mayb 10% to 20% nitro and oil then mix that with alot of diesel I dont c much harm , daily driven yeah after a time but for some dynos, drags or pulls HECK ya ....We'll c on the superflow dyno next month how it reacts
