dual steering stabilizer hooked to drag link?
I've got a question for knowlegeable steering wonks. I've got an '02 3500 4x4. I just installed a Skyjacker dual steering stabilizer kit, two shocks, mounted end to end, from one side of the truck to the other, anchored to the axle in the middle.

Nice shocks, but the brackets are badly set up. The shock bracket on the driver's side tie rod installs properly, but because of clearance issues, the only way to install the bracket on the passenger's side is to hook it up to the drag link, just above where it connects to the tie rod. I've driven it for a week and it seems to work, no binding, no chafing, no noise, and no angling up or down when the wheel is turned. The kit has gone a long way toward solving bump-steer and lateral hopping, especially when towing.

Still, I'm wondering whether anyone can tell me if there may be problems with connecting the one side to the drag link at the tie rod.

Thanks!
