Drilled egt hole question
I am buying a used manifold, that has an egt hole drilled and tapped in it. This should not cause any problems with leakage, considering I have an exhaust brake, should it? Are the drilled ones more prone to cracks?
Thanks

are you going to use it for the egt gauge? or just plug it? either way it shouldnt matter
lots and lots of people put the probe for the pyro in the manifold.
it is a tapered thread so no need to get out the breaker bar to tighten anything down.
