Drilled a D-max!!
Ok from the first time I heard the 300hp Chevy diesel buzz, I've been wanting to pull beside of one! Finally the other night I ran across a friend who traded his 3500 Dodge flatbed for a new 3/4 ton 6 spd. Durajunk. it's basically the same steup as mine reg. cab, manual tranny, 4x4, only he of course has the 3:73 gear vs. my 3:55. anyway.....

he followed me to the interstate, I slowed way down to let him fall in behind me, started my turn onto the ramp in 2nd gear, when I see him in the mirror come sliding around behind me, so I gun it in 2nd, grab 3rd (& eat off a little rubber) then catch 4th, by now I'm to the top of the ramp, hit 5th (already in the passing lane) look back in the mirror & the D-max hasn't even gotten off the ramp onto the interstate yet. after seeing this I let off the fuel & fall back into the slow lane, naturally here the chevy comes, he passes me & slows back down (due to the vehicle in front of him) so I slide in behind him when the car in front moved over i seen a puff of smoke come out of his little 3.5" pipe so I lit into the ol' cummins & we rolled up in behind him where I stayed until I let out of the fuel,

all in all it was a good night for the Hummin Cummins. sorry for the long post thought some might get a chuckle out of this Dusty

Re:Drilled a D-max!!
The other day I went to town to get some food for my girlfriend who was sick at the time. On the way back this red excab 4x4 auto power joke pulls up behind me at a stoplight. He was right on my bumper. Must have been reading the Eatin chevys shittin fords, or the I'd rather be cummin than stroken stickers on my back glass. I took off easy and he stayed right on my bumper about 2ft away. getting mad I threw in in 3rd slamed fourth and finshied in 5th. Lets just say I could not see him behind me for all the smoke but It took him a long time to get to the nextlight whinc was 2miles away. He looked at me called me #1 and I turned left and he went straight. I smiled all the way home. ;D
