you will find out pretty quick if your VP will handle it, most go within the first hour if they are gonna die...mine lasted a month but i will say it burped when i cranked the box all the way that one time...if u ever plan to crank it all the way up just get it over with!

2broke2smoke, If you run it in the 1/4 mile, send me a note on how you did. My VP has done well so far with my EZ Comp. Its been a little over a month and I must say I have gotten good use from the system but I'm considering upgrading to the drag comp

Get a little extra lubricity into the fuel with the additive of your choice. Then let 'er rip.

Don't Adjust your levels when you are getting into a hill or hard acceleration. You should be fine.

Why isnt it a good idea to switch levels when accerlating? Like to save your TC start off in a good level then after lock-up put it on 5x5.

Say your going full throttle on 3x3 up a hill. Your putting a strain on that injection pump by asking it to use more of it's plunger travel. Now, you suddenly increase the power level to 5x5 while staying in the throttle. So now, not only have you asked it to increase the plunger travel even more, you've also asked it to do it while your straining it as it is. Make sense? I can't think of another way to describe it.

Just dont worry about it.
I have raised my drag comp a level while doing over 100mph in a drag race,
just to make the truck "appear" that it was being nitrous fed, and it did have that effect. And yes I did win.
