I see many Power Adder Options,
Can someone explain the different types/ how they work and pro's/Cons
of the different types.

theres a plug up comp box(or other similar type modules) , its a plug up box! The up is more power, the down is percing the pump wire is somewhat contributed to the early death of the VP44! Now, the other option is a smarty, (programmer ) Which is a plug in device that reprograms the trucks computer! It seems much safer but has the cost of lower horse power. The key to this item , its a great stater item and is easily stacked with other performance parts! it offers great exeleration and smokes pretty hard!
Becareful the Bombing bug is addictive!

A programmer reprograms/rewrites your ECM, a box just intercepts the input signals that the computer receives and 'lies' to it, fooling it into thinking that it needs more fuel/air/ect. That's how I understand it, atleast...

So the downloader is a reflash, and can be reprogramed to stock ( dealer now happy), Does not affect sensor outputs to ecm...

A Module goes inline somewhere, and changes the sensors to the ecm. ?

And ( ? ) Module can be clamped to the VP44 electronics and ( ? )
do something majic, But bad for VP44 and Dealer warrenty ....
