Does tapping rthe wire acutally do a lot?
I have a 98.5 dodge and i just blew my vp44 not long ago. I just got it rebuilt and slipped some 100hp edge jammers in it and let me tell you...she rips. Like really rips good. I have the edge, afe, 4", and injectors. Is there a big difference when you tap the wire? Is it worth it to void my warranty?
And another thing, my fuel pump is at 12 psi at idle and at 10 driving normal and drops to 7 at wot. Is that okay

With my jammer 5's and my edge on 5x5 timing mode there isnt a huge difference between that and in wire tap mode, it makes about .1s diff on a 0-60 run for me. I can switch back and forth between tap and un-tap mode thanks to a relay setup on the juice wire. Now before I put the jammers in the difference between tapped and untapped was night and day

Up to level 2 on the new Quad box it's very mild mannered but still runs quite stout...when you switch to level 3 and above (the area where the tap comes into play) this truck becomes a beast, a 75-100 jump in HP and who knows how many ft/lbs in TQ...in a word YES

With fueling boxes, especially the Quad race box, the difference can best be described as walking into a dark room and turning on the light. Instant response and of course the egt's go right along with it
