does Dodge & ford share the same bolt pattern?

So I'm cruising craigs list, and just came across a set of centerline wheels that are out of production. Says they are for a ford, but for some reason I have it in my head that Dodge and ford share the same 8 lug wheel bolt pattern. Any thoughts?

Dodge, GM and 97 and older ford are 8 on 6.5". 99+ Fords are 8 on 170mm, except the 05+ F350 DRW, which are 8 on 200mm.

Well it depends on what year of Ford if it's pre 99 then yes but Ford changed their lug pattern in 99 so if 99 or newer then no they won't fit

watch your backspacing too- I tried a set several years ago that the back spacing was too tight- clamped the calipers to the rotor.
