Dodgezilla or KSB1-B
I'm thinkin it's getting to be time to move up to a larger turbo. I currently have a PDR35-12 with dd2 & comp(no wire yet) Temps are not a big problem yet, but I know if I tap the wire i 'll have some egt problems. Anybody have any suggestions. I'm leaning towards the Dodgezilla. I'm not realy into drag racing, but I do like to get on it some times. I do a bit of towing ,about 8000lb. I want to stay with the HX35 cofiguration as I don't want to lose my exhaust brake. O and I also have a dtt tranny. Any help would be appreciated

Not sure but I don't think the B-1 will work with an exhaust brake. With the Dodgezilla, I have heard of mounting problems when combined with an E-Brake but it has been done. Like you said, your pretty much limited to a version of the Hx-35.

TDI, I'm sure you're aware of the 4" inline e-brakes... But I assume you meant you didn't want to lose your CURRENT e-brake... which makes sense... they ain't cheap!
Have you considered a mild upgrade like a 14cm housing? Or, are you wanting to plan down the road....

Hey guys, thanks for tunin in . I have heard that there is a KSB1-B that is compatible with hx35, I beleive it is an E3 housing. Also have been told that moving up to a 14wg housing on my PDR35 would be a waste of time. I currently do have a pac brake & want to keep it. Thanks again guys, keep your ideas cummin(s)

Forgot about the EX3 turbine outlet. I believe the KSB1-2 will move 2-300 cfm more air than the Dodgezilla so should give you better top end; I know it will give you quicker spoolup. I love mine, with the EX4 outlet.
To be sure, Ask Rod at Wildcat! He will know.

Having had an HTT 35/40 hybrid along with a drag comp and Don M's 2.5's, I'd say save your money and go with twins. Then you know you can tow and be ok. With the 35/40, 2.5's and a drag comp I could easily bury an 1800 pyro. Just a thought.

I think it depends on what you want! My primary goal is max street drivability first with healthy HP second.. To get street manners I sacrifice some top end pull.
Can't have both with a single turbo, as I'm sure you know. My Kwik Spool B-1, with medium injectors, spools very close to as fast as my HY-35 did when stock. Fast spoolup AND 48-50 lbs useful boost at 1500*max is pretty amazing to me. Can other turbos do all that? Worth the price, if you can afford it, IMO.
