Dodge 8 lug wheels are also 8 x 6.5". What you need to be concerned about is the hole in the center of the wheel and the backspacing. If it were me, I'd search the Internet for a place where you could buy the wheels new, and get part numbers, then see if the part numbers are the same for a Dodge and Chebby, your year vs the year of the truck the wheels are advertised for.
If the part numbers are different they might still fit, but there is no way to speculate on that. You *might* be able to find a Chebby site that has as good a specs as DodgeRam.org, and be able to find out the hub sizes and compare them.
You might also call Eagle and ask them directly.

When I replaced the front brake rotors on my 98.5 2wd 2500, Auto Zone said they were the same as Chevy brake rotors. These rotors are one piece including the wheel lugs so Chevy wheels would fit my truck.

Big O told me this past weekend that Chevy is the odd man out as far as that center hole size goes, they told me that Ford and Dodge 8 on 6.5's are the same center hole but the Chevy hole is smaller, but I have not verified this myself.

Thanks for all the help, I called Eagle Alloys and the told me thet would not fit the dodge, hub hole is not big enough. so I did what Stamey said and bought them from a shop so I got exactly what I needed. Eagle 1024 wheels with center caps, lug nuts and valve stems for $104.99 each from Wheelsforless.com.
Thanks again,
Mike
