Do I really have a #10 plate? Do different company's grind different?

Do I really have a #10 plate? Do different company's grind different?
It is stamped "10" on it, but I was looking in Infidel's gallery, and mine doesn't look like the #10's he shows. Do companys vary on their design?
Mine looks close to these 10's, but doesn't have the bump that's about 1/3 the way up. It just starts out and goes straight up pretty much. I can get a pic when I get home. It looks more like a 100 plate.
