when you can kill the engine by laying into the throttle, you've got too much fuel... otherwise, there's no such thing as too much fuel... just not enough turbo

It still pulls like a freight train, so all is good. Wait till i up grade the turbo, or get Twins. Let the tires smoke off the rims

Are the twins really worth it? I'm trying to research this for myself, as well as others...

Thanks,

Twins are really worth it. They can support alot more power while still keeping EGT's in check. They are also more streetable than a single big charger because they spool up quicker. And besides that, you get to say "I have a twin turboed truck, what do you have?"

i dont have the experience to tell if you have too much fuel with the mods listed. the only diesel trucks i have owned are in my sig. but tell us more...
how are the EGT's? does it get hot? does it get hot really fast? if yes, then you will need upgraded turbo(s). if no, then no.

do you want less black smoke? do you want your EGT's lower? do you want the EGT's to rise slower? do you want the same spool up as you do now? let us know what you want out of your truck and what you use it for...

Pat

then again, just go with the twins!

You should be fine with your fueling mods. Everything is still controlable with your right foot. But a nice set of laser cut DV's from J.R Adkins would sure make you truck run a LOT better

Just give J.R. A call 317 281 3130
He don't have a web address yet but he is in the process of moveing to a new shop so I'm sure he will get one rolling after he gets settled in.
Great guy to talk to. also a great guy to keep his number around you never know when you might be working on something and hit a big bump in the road. I have had to call him many time when doing stuff to my truck.

Fueling is okay, but clearly not enough turbo on the truck.
