like i said i am just geting used to this site i have a 2001 ctd all stock but 4inch stright pipe but i was lloking at some of the post on turbo advice i was just wanting to know what my stock turbo is my truck is also a automatic if that means anything.also what does hy and hx mean when yall talk about turbos. thanks for the help.

you have a HY35 turbo on your truck ,later automatics had the hy turbo, manual trans truck had hx35 . the #s are what you are refering too
