i have a tool grinder here at work, with a cup shaped wheel that i belive will make them just fine. i want to make a set between the big cut ones that i have in the dually now to be about half the cut that those have.

ok, i just chopped some DV's IN THE COMPUTER... LOL

On the left is a stock 131 DV, all the others, are modified in PhotoImpact,

Just to see which one is the right cut to make. I believe the right would be a full lazer cut...




now which one of these next 2 would be a half cut? or none?

Cool thread, I am interested as well. Could anyone verify the half cut ones? I have a grinder that could do these with ease. I could then maybee modify them for dtr members???

the one in the middle of the last pic looks to be a 191 valve. i put a set in my little truck last week.
