I WORK 40 HOURS A WEEK AND GO TO SCHOOL PART TIME THANK YOU!
Mommy and daddy do NOT pay for my truck, or my BOMB's but yes I am not ashamed to admit I still live at home! If I did not live at home then I could not afford all of this.

GSP: Thanks a lot for the helpful response. Ive been helping my dad bale hay since i was 7 years old, and he payed me once and a while for that, and he payed for the truck. Fuel plate was in it, gauges for Christmas. GSK i bought, and installed by myself. I worked at a farm a summer, and im selling firewood this winter. Mowed yards in the summer. I install all my stuff by myself(with the help of my dad if needed) and that saves lot of money right there. My parents pay my insurance, and i pay the diesel. I also haul a lot of equipment, and hay, and stuff in the summer, so my truck gets worked too. Its 10 years old with 171k miles on it. Ill be 17 the 11th, and ill be able to vote in 1 year. Im 6'2" and about 275lbs. Call me a kid if you want. Im sorry if i sound a little smart, because to tell you the truth,it kind of aggrovated me. Im very fortunate to have all this stuff and thank the good Lord for it.

With 215 injectors, 3 k kit ,advanced timming, #10 plate, Stock turbo with a boost elbow and a good flowing intake and exhuast you should be able to make a good 350 hp at the rear wheels and still have now trouble driving it.

I ned to time it, and adjust the valves. You guys think that would make any difference in EGT's? They seem to climb faster than any time when the engine is revving pretty high like 2800rpm's or so. Is this due to timing/valves out of adjustment? Thanks

For pushing 350-400hp what would be the best injectors for fuel economy, I was going to get Marine 370s, but if 215s will get that high wouldnt they get better fuel economy while still maintaining the same hp? I dont plan on going any higher than 400 as I think that is as much as a mildly modded auto will handle. Thanks.
PS. I just turned 17 and know what it feels like when people think that mom and dad payed for my truck. My mom pitched in $2000 towards the purchase because it is my first car, other than that mom and dad do not pay for anything, I get a little bit of a discount on diesel( 70c instead of 75c in town). But like mentioned earlier, free rent is probably a big help

370's will give you lot's of fuel heat and smoke. You will need to get the boost up for that amount of fue.l I know A guy who has the same set up I listed above and it makes good power about 350hp at the rear wheels with the stock turbo and a boost elbow. He can still tow with out any egt problems and has hardly any boost lag at all plus he still gets good mileage and lay's down some major rubber!

I bought rebuilt 215's. Everything is new except the injector body. They were quite a bit cheaper than new. Whether they're as good as new, can't tell. The truck runs and starts good and they was a definate power increase over the stock 180's. The downside, I needed a new TC after 3 months.
