'96 12v automatic - I have a 5" exhaust coming, getting ready to adj my valves, turn up my timing to 15*, bolster my tranny, get guages, and probably get a megamouth elbow and Turbomaster controller to hold my boost higher. My question with all above said how stout can I go on fuel plates, starwheel and or hi perf delivery valves/and/or injectors with my stock turbo with the TM controller ? What HP/TQ rating is the stock turbo good to with proper wastegate control ?

Just run the stocker and be easy on the truck

I run a 100 and ive had no issues seriously other than a slipping clutch when i get on it.. Which aint that often..... U can even run a 0 if you are careful.... Im gonna take a chance soon and run my shelf items in the sig in the truck and see how long my stock turbo lasts before it goes kaboom.. I have a stock clutch too so... that explains why im not so hard on my drivetrain...


Im certain gunracer1 ran a stock turbo with a 14cm exhaust housing i believe for a while with DV's injectors and i dont know his plate, but his rig made 450 plus horses.....
