This guy showed some pics on pavementsuck.com (link at the bottom) ... look slike he used factory parts from ford and chevy on his 1/2 ton when he swapped in a dana 70 full floater on his rig... I looked at TSM's website, as well as a few others and if you do the math... all of them want between 750 and 1150 for their kits depending on if you want a parking brake or not and whether you get your calipers from them or not... I'm going to try and email this guy to get a parts list from him and a little more detail on how he did his brake conversion.

99.999999999999999999999999999% of those conversion kits use the standard 1/2 caliper (the ones with the parking brake are from a '78 Eldorado). Why would you want to put puny little 1/2 ton brakes on a 2500? The original drums probably offer more braking surface and braking power than those little calipers. This mod has been around for years in the off road community and works well with a trail truck, but there is no way you should be cosidering downgrading the brakes like that for truck that will see towing duty.

Why not slip the '01-'02 Dodge Dana disc-brake diff under your truck - came in 2500 srw and 3500 srw and drw flavors - that's what they were designed for, no hassle no problem - diffs available at yer fave boneyard - parts commonly available at yer fave Mr MoParts emporium.................
FYI - the caliper brackets won't directly bolt-on the non-disc axles, which would have been an easier swap

Yep - I'm looking for a 'nuther crunched D80 to excise the oem caliper brackets, weld them on my '96 D80 - locking diff, 3.55 ratio, doesn't howl or grind, works with the rest of the oem package to give excellent fuel economy - why mess with something that works, eh...............
