Don't forget that for each level the COMP box has you have sub-levels for each. Changing the sub-levels will control your smoke too.
Also, I suspect that you have the RV275 Injectors based on your mods and boost.
Hope that helps some,
Jason

As to the sensor, the one (MAP?) that tends to need cleaning that's located where I mentioned. After cleaning, mine quit smoking until it got dirty again. It's a PITA to R & R but it does need service unless you have the funds to visit Cummins, letting them replace something that only needs cleaning.

I'm talking about a .0015625% Acetone blend, not any more or less.

As to Acetone, I've had no ill effects at all and if you use the ratio of 1 OZ. per 5 Gallons, you won't either. I'm running my OE IP and with 250,000 plus miles have encountered no problems, only less soot. I use Acetone in my 4 wheeler too, and it runs like a top (1988 TownCar) with the plugs staying clean for much longer than expected.
What do you think some of the aftermarket cetane boosters are blended with, BTW, which are also supposed to reduce soot :>).
